We, Yuvans first collected clothes from people and then went to Garden City Jeevetha Anathasharama, we reached there by 3:30pm and as we reached children were attending their daily tuitions. We had a small talk with the secretary, she informed 2nd PUC and 10 board children are having exams so we can conduct activities with rest of the children.

Then we prepared a refreshment drink for them, By then children completed their classes and then they assembled in the compound. We introduced ourselves and the organization then distributed the clothes to the children and saw very happy faces with it.

Then we taught them Indian sign language, they were quick learners, we were encouraged by the secretary for this. We treated them with tang and they were happy and thanked us. Then we performed dances for them and few of them joined us, everyone was enjoying and dancing, after a while everyone joined us.

Then we gave chocolates to everyone and everyone thanked us, it was time for their dinner so we decided to leave and it was a very difficult moment for us and children as well, that’s how emotionally we got connected to them few kids even started crying while we were leaving and some of us were emotional too. It was one of the best days we have lived so far. We wish this time should never have ended.
