A famous Author from Scotland once said -
"The true meaning of life is to plant trees, under whose shade you don't expect to sit"
According to the statistical facts laid down by NASA, the temperature on the face of the earth has gone up by 2° in the last 10 years and will continue to go up exponentially if not given immediate attention.This has happened due to pollution , carbon footprints and the cutting down of trees and plants.
To make our life meaningful and make sure the future of the planet is as green and safe as possible we are initiating plant-a-thon coz we actually are running behind schedule, if we don't start now we will definitely miss the bus and the result will be disastrous.
Under the new initiative we have done few plantation drives in collaboration with other GREEN NGOs just to understand the know-hows of planting and nurturing it in long run.
Our main work will involve the following -
1. Identifying and surveying red alert areas and barren lands to plant trees.
2. Contacting the nearest possible forest department for support.
3. Finding a viable solution in terms of economic and green way for constant supply of water.
4. Reaching out to nearby volunteers groups, schools, colleges, farmer associations for support.
5. Raising funds for the complete plantation and maintenance of plants from all stakeholders possible.
The next big project will be of planting 10,000 trees in Kolar. The complete project report will be coming soon.

LAUNCH PAD ..
The day we take out time to save our home planet celebrating the World Environment day🌍 . With only 12 years left to save ourselves from destruction, it's NOW or NEVER.
Today, We along with team @saahitya_ collaborated with the NGO - 'Kadugodi Punaruthana' in their mission of planting saplings across Kadugodi stretch .
With great teamwork and love for plants from the participants, the event was efficacious.
THE KALBURGI PLANTATHON
In a place called sharanasirsi a red alert was issued since the temperature shot up by 2° , this was brought to yuva's notice along with a word that a bunch of young responsible citizens who belong to an organisation called Kalburgi green warriors are performing a plantation across 20 acres of land , and we jumped right into action to help them achieve the goal.As a team we all managed to plant 777 tress in a single day. We had volunteers from VG woman's college who came down help us.
KOLAR -
10K Plantathon
The idea is to create a artificial forest in 60 acres of land in Kolar. To start with we will be planting 10k plants and motoring the response. Then we will make necessary changes if needed by taking feedback. Once we are successful in delivering what we had planned we will replicate it to other such surrounding regions.
Its a very good opportunity to give back to nature and reduce your carbon footprints !
